<br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br />'- CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> May 10, 2004 <br /> MO RD 04-07 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: May 12, 2004 <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Community Development Department <br /> Finance Department <br /> SUBJECT: Downtown Public Parking Garage/Retail-Cinema Project- <br /> Amendment to Agreement for Consulting Services to Provide Land <br /> Acquistion and Other Related Real Estate Services <br /> - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 E (405) <br /> Joint City Council and Redevelopment Agency Meeting of the City of Redwood <br /> City on May 10, 2004. <br />'- Present: Directors Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Ruskin, Vice Chair Pierce and <br /> Chair person Ira <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> M/S Hartnett/Ruskin To approve the amendment to an agreement with Overland <br /> Pacific Cutler (formerly, Cutler & Associates), to continue to provide professional <br /> consulting services for the Downtown Public Parking Garage/Retail-Cinema <br /> Project authorizing a budget of $1 00,000.00 and authorize the Redevlopment <br /> Manager to execute the amendment. The services will include updated property <br /> valuations and goodwill appraisals to support eminent domain proceedings, as <br /> well as on-going negotiations and possible expert witness testimony. <br /> Appropriate $100,000.00 for the above services from the Agency's FY 03-04 <br /> budget. <br /> The motion passed by a unamimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> ~~',~ ) \À,.¡;j>'\.)
