<br /> MINUTE ORDER <br />'- CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> April 26, 2004 <br /> MO. 04-70 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: April 28, 2004 <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> Community Development Department <br /> SUBJECT: Assignment and Assumption Agreement for Amended and <br /> Restated Disposition and Development Agreement for Downtown Retail- <br /> Cinema and Parking Project <br /> CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENTAGENCY <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 J (100) (Also see RDA Minute Order 04-05) <br /> Joint City Council and Redevelopment Agency Meeting of the City of Redwood <br />'- City on April 26, 2004. <br /> Present: Council Member Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Pierce and <br /> Mayor Ira <br /> Absent: None <br /> The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> MIS Hartnett/Howard To Rescind the motion to execute an Assignment and Assumption <br /> Agreement approved on January 26, 2004, and approve the execution Assignment and <br /> Assumption Agreement (Assignment Agreement) with the City of Redwood City, the <br /> Redevelopment Agency, BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC, and On Broadway Redwood <br /> City, LLC, (an entity comprised of BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC, developers of the <br /> project, and Buchanan Urban Investors, LLC) for the Amended and Restated Disposition <br /> and Development Agreement for the Downtown Retail-Cinema and Parking Project and <br /> authorize the City Manager and the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to <br /> execute same. <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote, by all those present. <br /> ~~~. ~ - c:,. ~..\.~" J <br />'- Patri ia S.
