<br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> WORK TO BE DONE BY OTHERS <br /> FOR THE REDWOOD SHORES COMMUNITY LIBRARY <br /> The City shall provide the following: <br /> 1. Make available to the Consultant maps. plans, reports, ordinances and studies <br /> relating to the project. <br /> 2. Provide necessary City staff to attend meetings and make timely decisions <br /> during the duration of the project. <br /> 3. Provide City Title Blocks to be used on the plans. <br /> 4. Provide City's Master "General Conditions" to the contract documents. <br /> 5. Provide timely written review comments on design submittals. <br /> 6. Assist and coordinate the Building Permit Process. <br /> 7. Extend the project schedule listed in Exhibit "C", in the event that delays are <br /> beyond the control of the Consultant. <br /> 8. Pay for the cost of reproducing drawings and specifications at each milestone <br /> for Consultant and Subconsultant coordination purposes and for client review. <br /> Likewise, the City will pay for the cost of reproducing drawings and <br /> specifications for regulatory review, permitting, bidding and construction. <br /> These City expenses shall not reduce the Reimbursable Expenses Allocation, <br /> noted in Exhibit "D". <br /> 9. Advertise and distribute bid documents to bidders. <br /> 10. Issue addenda prepared by Consultant, as required. <br /> 11. Collect. open, analyze bids, and award construction contract to lowest <br /> responsive bidder. <br /> 12. Administer the Construction Contract, and provide construction management <br /> services as required. <br /> 13. Provide Consultant with copies of Construction Documents. <br /> 14. Allow Consultant access to the job site. <br /> 15. F;'rovide prompt written notice to the Consultant of awareness of any fault or <br /> d~fect in the construction, or nonconformance with the Contract Documents. <br /> 16. The bpundary and topographical surveys. <br /> 17. The geotechnical and soils report. <br />
