By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br /> agreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants in an amount up to <br /> $200,000 to provide on - call civil /transportation engineering services for a <br /> period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the <br /> total agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend <br /> the term of the agreement, if necessary. <br /> 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br /> agreement with Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc. in an amount up to <br /> $200,000 to provide on - call civil /transportation engineering services for a <br /> period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the <br /> total agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend <br /> the term of the agreement, if necessary. <br /> 3.
