The SBWMA has <br /> identified two options of payment for this Program. <br /> a. Agency will remit payment to SBWMA within thirty (30) days of its receipt of an invoice <br /> from SBWMA. <br /> If the Member Agency includes the cost of this Program in its garbage rates, the Agency <br /> must direct its franchised Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services contractor to <br /> transfer these funds to the Agency monthly. <br /> b. Agency will direct its franchised Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services <br /> contractor to remit payment to SBWMA within thirty (30) days of its receipt of an invoice <br /> � from SBWMA.
