ti!>'������J.. <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> (Pushup Consulting Co) <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the � day of <br /> ��V Pc�� , 2015, revising and amending the agreement dated January 23, <br /> 2015 (the °Agreement"} by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation of the State of Califomia ("City"), and Pushup Consulting Co <br /> ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On January 23, 2015, the Parties executed a General Services Agreement; <br /> and <br /> B. The Parties desire to amend and revise the Agreement to reflect changes to <br /> the insurance requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> amended as follows: a) paragraph 7.1.1 (Commercial General Liability Insurance) is <br /> amended to state that "Contractor shall maintain occu�rence based coverage with limits <br /> not less than $500,000 per occurrence..." [rest of paragraph 7.1.1 is unchanged]; b) <br /> section 7.1.2 (Business Automobile �iability Insurance), 7.1.3 (Worker's Compensation <br /> Insurance), and 7.1.4 (Employer's Liability Insurance) are deleted and removed from <br /> the Agreement. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
