These facilities <br /> normally consist of a grass buffer strip,sand bed, <br /> ponding area,organic layer or mulch layer, <br /> planting soil,and plants. <br /> The property contains one bioretention area(s), located as described <br /> below and as shown in the attached site plan. <br /> ❑ Bioretention Area No. 1 is located at the easterly end of development between a residence and"back" <br /> property line. <br /> ❑ Sump Pump No. 1 is located along the north property line in a catch basin near the site entrance. <br /> I.
