As <br /> shown in Figure 1, the project site is bound by Palm Avenue to the west,Union Avenue to the <br /> north, and Woodside Road (State Route 84) to the east. The relatively flat, approximately one <br /> acre(43,475 square foot) site is located in the Palm Park Neighborhood of the City.
