{b)Transfer by gift, devise, or inheritance to Grantee's spouse, child, or <br /> domestic partner registered with the State of Califomia, only if such <br /> person qualifies as an Eligible Household; <br /> (c) Taking of title by a surviving joint tenant; <br /> (d) Transfer of title to a current spouse pursuant to divorce or <br /> dissolution proceedings; <br /> (e)Acquisition of title or interest therein through marriage; or <br /> (f) Transfers with the express prior written consent of Contractor, <br /> which approval may be withheld or conditioned in Contractor's sole <br /> and absolute discretion. <br /> e. Transfer Notice. Prior to entering into any binding agreements associated <br /> with any proposed Transfer, Grantee shall deliver to Contractor a written notice <br /> (the 'Transfer Notice") which shall include the information necessary for <br /> Contractor to determine the Eligible Sales Price of the Property, as defined in <br /> Section (g) below, including the following information: <br /> (a)the address of the Property; <br /> (b)the date of purchase of the Property by the Grantee; <br /> (c) the purchase price of the Property paid by the Grantee at the time <br /> of his/her purchase; <br /> (d) if Grantee has made a Qualifying Improvement, as defined in <br /> Section (h), to the Property that he or she wishes to include in the <br /> calculation of the Eligible Sales Price, a description of the <br /> improvements, the date the improvements were made, evidence of <br /> cost of the improvements, and an appraisal of the value added to <br /> the Property by the eligible capital improvements; <br /> (e)the date on which Grantee intends to vacate the Property; and <br /> (� the name and phone number of the person to contact to schedule <br /> inspection of the Property by Contractor. <br /> The Transfer Notice must be sent by certified U.S. mail, return receipt requested, <br /> to Contractor at the following address: <br /> Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, Inc. <br /> 645 Harrison Street, Suite 201 <br /> San Francisco, CA 94107 <br /> Attention: Chief Executive Officer <br /> REV:02-05-15 VR <br /> Page 28 of 33 <br /> ATT`(/AGR.2015.025/Habitat for Humanity GSF Jefferson Site Acquisition <br />
