FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE <br />(a) City will allocate to Contractor the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand <br />Eight Hundred Ninety Five and no/100 dollars ($114,895) for exclusive use by <br />Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015, <br />solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. In consideration for providing the <br />CDBG funds or the use of the proceeds thereof, Contractor has agreed to record <br />Affordability Covenants in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />(b) City will allocate to Contractor the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Six Thousand <br />Four Hundred Ninety Three and no/100 dollars ($276,493) for exclusive use by <br />Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, <br />2016, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2(b). <br />(c) City will allocate to Contractor the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand and <br />no/100 dollars ($360,000) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, solely for the purposes <br />described in Paragraph 2(c). <br />3. Amendments to Paragraph 2 — Use of Funds. The First Amendment designated all <br />of Original Agreement Paragraph 2 (Use of Funds) after the title as subparagraph (a), and added <br />specified language as a new subparagraph (b). This Fourth Amendment hereby adds as a new <br />subparagraph (c). For clarity, the entirety of Paragraph 2 is set forth below to read as follows: <br />USE OF FUNDS <br />(a) Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1(a) solely for the <br />Project objectives described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. Contractor shall perform services as described in Exhibit B in <br />consideration of the payments set forth in Paragraph 4 and shall cause to be recorded <br />through escrow. <br />(b) Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1(b) solely for the <br />Project objectives described in Exhibit B (and Exhibit D if applicable), attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. Contractor shall perform services as <br />described in Exhibit D in consideration of the payments set forth in Paragraph 4(b). <br />(c) Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1(c) solely for the <br />Project objectives described in Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference. Contractor shall perform services as described in Exhibit E in consideration <br />of the payments set forth in Paragraph 4(c). <br />4. Amendments to Paragraph 4 — Payments. The First Amendment designated all of <br />Original Agreement Paragraph 4 (Payments) after the title other than the last sentence as <br />subparagraph (a), with the last sentence being designated as subparagraph (c). The First Amendment <br />then added a new subparagraph (b). This Fourth Amendment hereby adds as a new subparagraph <br />(c) and designates subparagraph (c) as subparagraph (d). For clarity, the entirety of Paragraph 4 is <br />set forth below to read as follows: <br />4.
