Woods <br /> Construction Inc. of San Francisco, California for their responsive and responsible low base <br /> bid of $928,800.00; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and increase the <br /> contract amount, if necessary, up to 10°/a of the amount awarded, not to exceed <br /> $1,021,680.00 and confirm determination that the project is exempt and meets California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15301 (Existing <br /> Facilities) and Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction) of the CEQA Regulations. <br /> Motion carries unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> � � <br /> � <br /> �� r <br /> 1�� ����t�=� <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
