Summary Minutes <br /> Ms. Ramberg gave the Board an update on the transferable assets matter and how the State Controller's Office <br /> will be receiving a strong rebuttal and a response is due tomorrow. <br /> Member Christensen said she would like to see what is provided by City staff in way of a response. Ms. <br /> Christensen also inquired about the long range property management plan. Ms. Freeman, Finance Manager, said <br /> that staff needs to wait until the legal action is concluded. <br /> 10.
