Seybert Vendor No.: <br /> Department: City Council <br /> Conferences or Meetings: <br /> Peninsula Conflict Resolution Fourth Annual Empathy and Respect Dinner, and <br /> State of the City Address <br /> On Thursday February 19, 2015 the Peninsula Resolution Conflict Center hosted its <br /> Fourth Annual Building Empathy and Respect Benefit Dinner. At the event, the Warren <br /> Dale Teddy "BER" award, was presented to Gene Mullin former Assembly Member. <br /> Two Council Members were in attendance Council Members Alicia C. Aguirre and Council <br /> Member Barbara Pierce. <br /> On Friday February 27, 2015 at the Oracle Center, the San Mateo Redwood City <br /> Chamber of Commerce hosted the State of the City Address. The presenters of the State <br /> of the City Address were Mayor Gee and Vice Mayor Foust who provided a report on <br /> each Strategic Initiative and accomplishments under each area and unveiled the "We Are <br /> Redwood City" branding. The Mayor and Vice Mayor highlighted the Redwood City <br /> Residents and Redwood City Partners thanking them as well as the organizer and <br /> sponsors of the event. <br /> In attendance were Council Members Alicia C. Aguirre, Ian Bain, Diane Howard, and <br /> John D. Seybert. The event was well attended with numerous elected officials present. <br /> 03/4/2015 <br /> Signature of Council Members Date <br /> The Administrative Code requires reports of conferences or meetings for which a council member requests per diem or expense <br /> reimbursement. Reports must be submitted to the City Clerk of no later than the Wednesday of the week before the next City Council <br /> meeting. Reports must be submitted before the City of Redwood City will pay per diem or reimbursement for the conference or the <br /> meeting. Reports are not required for City Council meetings,or meetings with Council members,the City Manager, City Attorney or City <br /> Clerk. <br />
