Francis St. SUB- TOTAL 4,320 2,900 Scope of Work The City will need a consultant to perform topographic surveying/engineering base map services for the project, based upon the following criteria: 1, Plans shall be completed with AUTOCAD, on a plan template with the Redwood City title block at a scale of 1"=20'. A disk containing the template will be provided. 2, Topographic survey shall include all physical features within the project area such as curb & gutter, sidewalks, manholes, manholes inverts, manhole pipe inverts and top of pipe, valve boxes, blow-offs, monuments, utility covers, water meters, hydrants, poles, drain inlets bottom, drain inlets pipe inverts and top of pipe, cleanouts, trees, driveways, fences, signs, etc. 3. The cross sections will be surveyed on 100' stations on tangent and 25' stations on curves. (Center, gutter flows, top of curb, edge of pavement, back of walks, ROW (approximate)). 4. Base map shall include all property line boundaries (approximate from City Block Book); right-of- way lines (approximate from City Block Book); match lines; lot address; street centerlines; all existing utility lines; existing water and gas services; sewer laterals, and invert elevations at all structures including storm drain inleUpipe inverts, sewer manhole inverts and top of water valves' nuts. 5. Base map topographic survey shall extend 100 feet or further to include the next manhole pass street intersections in all directions. (Please see attached location map.) 6. When preparing plan drawing avoid putting match lines at intersections. 7, The City will provide the location of the nearest benchmark when needed. 8, Redwood City Datum shall be used in preparing the topographic survey.
