' <br /> 'PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> , PROJECT MANAGER will commence services upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed <br /> from City for tfie Downtown Development Projects. In the case of the projects that have <br /> already been issued a Notice to Proceed, 'including the Crossing 900 and North Plaza <br /> projects, services will commence immediately. Services will be considered complete <br /> 'upon issuance of Notice of Completion. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> PROJ'ECT MANAGER will render services as directed by COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR at an hourly rate of $170.00.
