NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC RESOURCES <br /> ADVISORY COMMITTEE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The HRAC has reviewed the proposed plans and historian's <br /> report, and has determined that, while the associated Project will impact the two <br /> adjacent historic resources, the impact does not rise to the threshold that would cause a <br /> substantial adverse change in the significance of the adjacent historic resources, and <br /> the adjacent historic resources will remain eligible for listing in the California Register of <br /> Historic Places. <br /> Section 2. The HRAC hereby recommends that the Planning Commission <br /> approve the Planned Community Permit for the Project, consistent with the Downtown <br /> Precise Plan and associated EIR. <br /> Section 3.
