Shores) <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of April 17, <br /> 1975 regarding the subject deed and attaching report <br /> from the Director of Parks and Recreation, dated April 14 , <br /> together with related exhibit materials. <br /> In response to question, City Manager Fales advised that <br /> it is anticipated that the restroom facility will be con- <br /> structed as promptly as possible and will be available <br /> during most of the summer. <br /> City Attorney Schri.cker advised further with regard to <br /> construction time, that a condition of the granting of <br /> the deed provides for prompt construction, or the property <br /> will revert back to Mobil 's ownership. <br /> Harry Jackson, attorney for Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) <br /> Limited, stated that his client is willing to deed the <br /> -2- <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 4/21/75 <br />
