Planning Director Schroeter described the proposed amend- aft ments to the Zoning Ordinance, observing that they include corrections in words and in sequence, and refer particu- larly to rear yards and to the planned design permit section with regard to elimination of a bonus plan which had never been implemented. Legislative Committee Report No. 75-2 Councilman Henderson, Chairman of the Legislative Commit- tee, read Report No. 75-2 and invited question of other Committee members and staff. In response to question regarding AB 1674 which would ex- pand the list of officials who may be furnished criminal history records, City Attorney Schricker advised that for some inexplicable reason the list of specified officials in the Penal Code does not include city attorneys with prosecutorial functions, city managers or personnel offi- cers who may reasonably require such information in con- nection with the conduct of their duties.
