CouncilmannHenderson referred to the report of <br /> September 5, 1975 from the City Manager regarding <br /> the establishment of bus stop signs and urged that <br /> bus drivers be provided written information con- <br /> cerning <br /> the new signs to supply to passengers. <br /> Assistant City Manager Smith advised the requested <br /> written information" will be supplied along with <br /> other ntoices of the changes which will be <br /> publicized . Councilman Henderson referred to the report of the <br /> City Manager of September 8, 1975 regarding curb- <br /> side mail boxes and urged that a copy of the <br /> Council ' s statement of opposition to such boxes <br /> which was already sent to Congressmen McCloskey <br /> and Ryan also be sent to Congressman Mineta who <br /> is taking a special interest in the matter. <br /> Mayor Weymouth ordered the subject letter sent to <br /> Congressman Mineta . (Memo 9/10/75) <br /> Executive Session <br /> MOTION : Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Council- <br /> man Williams, to adjourn to executive session for the <br /> purpose of considering appointments to City Boards and <br /> Commissions. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Mayor Weymouth advised that Council will reconvene <br /> solely for the purpose of adjourning. <br /> The Council adjourned to executive session at 9:42 p .m. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Council <br /> adjourned at 10 :12 p.m. <br /> JACQUELINE C.
