Vice Mayor Williams advised that <br /> after discussion with individual Council members, he has determined <br /> that the next Council meeting when a full Council can be expected <br /> to be present will be on October 13, when it would be expected that <br /> consideration of the proposed revisions should be completed <br /> MOTION Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes , <br /> to continue the public hearing on the proposed General Plan Re- <br /> visions relating to the Redwood' Shores area until October 13, 1975 <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO 75-177) <br /> Master Agreement for Federal Aid Urban (EAU) Projects <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of September 4, 1975 <br /> regarding the subject agreement and attaching report from the <br /> Director of Public Works dated August 22, together with a copy of <br /> the proposed Master Agreement and letter of transmittal from the <br /> State Department of Transportation, dated July 15. <br /> In response to Council question, Mr Fales advised that while the <br /> Governor has frozen certain State highway funds, the State portion <br /> of the subject projects is usually the time involved in design and <br /> , engineering which represents a substantial contribution. I 9 <br /> In further response to question, Director of Public Works Pusich <br /> advised that the State is willing to participate and the City can <br /> wait until the fund being withheld are again available, however, <br /> federal funding may be adversely affected Mr Pusich and Mr <br /> Fales suggested it is preferable to proceed with execution of the <br /> agreement at this time in order to have a written agreement with <br /> the State representing an obligation on their part <br /> MOTION.
