171 <br /> Application for exceptions to certain provisions <br /> of the Subdivision Ordinance, Carlos Avenue and <br /> Leahy Street (John Pellerin, Inc ) (continued from 10/6/75) <br /> In response to question from Councilman Henderson, Assistant City <br /> Attorney Maloney advised that tf previous consideration of the <br /> subject application included a public hearing, then she should <br /> abstain from participating in discussion or voting on the item, <br /> otherwise abstention is not necessary <br /> Planning Director Schroeter advised that neither the application <br /> for Planned Development Permit granted on September 29, 1975 nor <br /> the discussion of the subject item on October 6, 1975 involved a <br /> public hearing <br /> MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Williams introduced <br /> the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Barrett, its adoption <br /> RESOLUTION NO 7502 GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br /> OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY-- <br /> JOHN PELLARIN, INC <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote, Council- <br /> man Henderson abstaining. <br /> Viewer for fire alarm dispatch - <br /> transfer of funds <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of October 9, 1975 recom- <br /> mending that a transfer of $400.00 be made to permit purchase of <br /> the subject viewer and observed that no additional funds are in- <br /> volved <br /> MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Rhodes introduced the <br /> following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, its <br /> adoption <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7503 TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $400 00 FROM <br /> APPROPRIATION FOR SUPPLIES AND OTHER SERVICES, FIRE DEPARTMENT-- <br /> FIRE PROTECTION, TO APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, <br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT--FIRE PROTECTION <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Downtown Association - budget approval <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of October 9, 1975 trans- <br /> mitting the 1975-76 Annual Budget of the Downtown Association. <br /> MOTION Councilman Williams moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, <br /> to approve the budget of the Downtown Association for 1975-76 <br /> In response to question, Mr. Fales said that the funds are entirely <br /> those of the Association which has requested Council approval of <br /> the budget <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO 75-210) <br /> -7- <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 10/13/75 <br />
