X86 <br /> Written Communications (continued) <br /> City Manager Fales suggested that the letter would most appro- <br /> priately be referred to the Planning Department and the Planning <br /> Commission for consideration along with other public comment or <br /> recommendation relating to the redevelopment study of the subject <br /> area. <br /> It was pointed out that the matter is not appropriate for con- <br /> sideration by the Council as an Agenda item, but represents <br /> information provided by a citizen as to possible development <br /> of an area intended for redevelopment. <br /> There being no objection, Mayor Weymouth ordered the subject <br /> letter referred to the Planning Department and Planning Com- <br /> mission for information. (Memo 11/4/75) <br /> Nameplates for City Officials and Staff <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Williams, <br /> that the City Manager be authorized to have nameplates prepared <br /> containing the names and titles of the City Manager, City Attorney <br /> and Assistant City Manager for use in identifying them at Council <br /> meetings. <br /> The motion failed on the following roll call vote: <br /> Ayes. Councilmen Norris, Williams <br /> Noes: Councilmen Barrett, Henderson, Leipzig, Rhodes and <br /> Mayor Weymouth <br /> Adjournment <br /> MOTION.
