210 Oral Communications 1 . Ron Kunkel , 461 Trident, President of the Redwood Shores Home- owners Association, requested two regularly scheduled meetings annually of the City Council as the Board of Directors of GID No. 1-64 with the meetings to be conducted at Redwood Shores. Mr. Kunkel urged that a meeting be scheduled for December 1975 and stated his oral request is an informal one to advise that he will send a formal written request at a later date Mayor Weymouth thanked Mr Kunkel for advising in advance that he will be writing to request meetings and remarked that there may be difficulty in setting up a December meeting City Manager Fates suggested that when the written request is received, it should be circulated and subjects for an agenda and a satisfactory date for the meeting should be set Executive Session MOTION. Councilman Williams moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing litigation matters The motion carried unanimously by voice vote Mayor Weymouth advised that Council will reconvene solely for the purpose of adjourning and that Council will adjourn to an executive session to be held Tuesday, November 25, 1975 in the City Manager' s Office at City Hall for the purpose of considering labor negotia- tions. Mayor Weymouth also advised that the next regular meeting of the City Council will be held on Monday, December 8, 1975, the meeting regularly scheduled for December 1 having been cancelled.
