City Manager Fales, City Attorney <br /> Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, Personnel Director Brock <br /> Executive Session <br /> Mayor Weymouth reminded Council that this meeting was for the sole <br /> purpose of discussing labor negotiations. <br /> Adjournment <br /> MOTION Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, to <br /> adjourn the meeting.
