Rhodes <br /> a,r. <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City met on this date <br /> at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Weymouth presiding. <br /> The Presentation of the Colors and Pledge of Allegiance <br /> was led by the members of Girl Scout Troop 1089. <br /> The invocation was led by the Reverend Michael McMahon <br /> of the Peninsula Christian Center. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Councilmen present : Henderson, Leipzig, Norris, Rhodes <br /> and Mayor Weymouth <br /> Councilmen absent: Barrett, Williams <br /> GAP Students Present: Walsh, Coyne, Dupree, Fontes, <br /> Hiscox, Morozovsky <br /> Officials and staff present: City Manager Pales, City <br /> Attorney Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City <br /> Treasurer-Collector Drivon, City Clerk Hildebrand and <br /> Director of Public Works Pusich, Planning Director <br /> Schroeter, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks and <br /> Police Chief Bold <br /> Approval of Minutes - March 10, 1975 <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Rhodes, approval of the Minutes of the City Council meet- <br /> ing of March 10, 1975 as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman <br /> Leipzig abstaining. <br /> Presentation <br /> • <br /> The members of Girl Scout Troop 1089 presented to the <br /> City a scrapbook containing rubbings of historical <br /> plaques in Redwood City and sketches made by Troop <br /> members as part of their Community Badge project. Troop <br /> Leader Mrs. Tamara Piulle expressed the concern of Troop <br /> members that the plaques be preserved. <br /> had <br /> On behalf of Council members, Mayor Weymouth accepted <br /> the scrapbook and thanked the Scouts for their contri- <br /> bution to preserving some of the history of Redwood City. <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 3/17/75 <br /> • <br />
