Councilman Bury called attention to the report of the City Manager of October <br /> 30, 1981 relating to the elimination of Route 51E by SamTrans and inquired <br /> whether SamTrans has any plan to serve the area involved in another way or <br /> whether it will have no public transportation. <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Biagi determined it to be the consensus of Council that a <br /> representative of SamTrans be asked to attend a City Council meeting to <br /> provide the latest information on bus route service for the area served by <br /> Route 51E and to describe and explain any changes of service <br /> contemplated for the City. (Memo 11/3/81) <br /> 2. Councilman Leipzig called attention to the letter from Donna Tozi of Alfa TV <br /> (dated October 20; received October 30, 1981), pointing out that the public <br /> hearing relating to revocation of her use permit has been held in accordance <br /> with law and suggesting that a new application for a use permit might be <br /> possible. <br /> There being no objection, Mayor Biagi ordered that a member of staff be <br /> requested to so respond to Ms. Tozi.
