Mayor Biagi said that the Budget will be <br /> reviewed in the order recommendations are presented, except that the <br /> portion of the Budget affecting the Library will be considered out of 0111 <br /> order early in the review while City Librarian Vollmayer is able to be <br /> present. <br /> veer* <br /> City Manager Fales advised that he has recommended setting up a reserve <br /> in the event a reduction in revenue occurs, but that it is not now <br /> possible to conjecture as to what the State Legislature may do regarding <br /> allocations to cities. <br /> Councilman Britschgi, representative to the Revenue and Taxation <br /> Committee of the League of California Cities, reported on that <br /> Committee's consideration of bills pending in the Legislature, <br /> particularly SB 102. <br /> OPERATIONS PROGRAMS <br /> HUMAN SERVICES (pp. 1-5) <br /> TRAINING FOR PUBLIC SERVICE <br /> HUMAN SERVICES ASSISTANCE <br /> In response to question as to why $18,000 is recommended for TEWCI- <br /> Social Service Advocacy which apparently did not make any request for <br /> funds, Assistant City Manager Smith said that the agency request <br /> submitted included the youth program attempted to be introduced last <br /> year as well as the advocacy program.
