Rene White, Jr. an independent television producer, 3981 <br /> Lonesome Pine Road, referred to material sent to Council on <br /> August 25, 1981, and said he is not satisfied with the quality <br /> of cable television in Redwood City, suggesting it does not meet <br /> the requirements of ORDINANCE NO. 1235 and inquired as to the <br /> use of funds received for the cable television franchise. It <br /> was explained that funds go into the General Fund and that the <br /> City no longer regulates Peninsula Cable TV. <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. Vice Mayor Stangel inquired as to the status of the hearing on <br /> the revocation of use permit for Alfa TV. Planning Director <br /> Schroeter reported that no decision has been made, and the <br /> recently scheduled hearing was continued. <br /> 2. Councilman Bury inquired regarding building permits concerning <br /> the United Artists theatre and the parking lot arrangements. <br /> Planning Director Schroeter reported the conditions relating to <br /> use of the parking lot. <br /> ADJOURNMENT - In Memory of Bruno J.
