Councilman Leipzig referred to the letter of December 19, 1980 to the Assistant <br /> City Manager from the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County, stating that she <br /> is offended by the letter in view of Redwood City's leadership role in housing. <br /> It was suggested that the Society might devote attention to other less re- <br /> sponsive cities in the County, and that they are becoming involved in matters <br /> outside their jurisdiction. <br /> 2. Mario Biagi appointed Vice Mayor Stangel to the Board of Directors of the <br /> Peninsula Division of the League of California Cities. (Memo 1/6/81) <br /> 3.
