Briggs, 2930 Huff Avenue, San Jose, <br /> advised that he is a partner of Jay Salaman, <br /> the former lessee, and believes Mr. Salaman is <br /> not aware that the lease has expired and bids <br /> are to be called for on a new lease agreement. <br /> Mr. Briggs requested a delay until Mr. Salaman <br /> returns. <br /> mug <br /> Mr. Fales advised that Mr. Salaman has been <br /> made aware that the lease has expired and that <br /> the City must go to bid as required by the swot <br /> Charter.
