(continued) In response to question with regard to any
possible uses of the greenhouse land if the
"Open Space" designation were retained, Mr.
Schroeter advised that the higher permitted
density of the adjoining parcels owned by the
same person could be combined with the subject
land for a cluster development yielding the
presently permited number of units on the
total property.
L. H. Bull, 407 Compass, inquired as to
whether the proposed development would have the
same assessment situation as Redwood Shores.
It was explained to Mr. Bull that no develop-
ment is before Council, only a change in the
General Plan, and that no general improvement
district is under consideration for the area.
Mayor Biagi invited anyone else present who
wished to speak to do so. No one wished to
speak.
M/S: Bury/Britschgi to close the public
hearing.
Carried unanimously and public hearing closed
at 7:50 p.m.
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE Title read.
