Bull, 407 Compass Drive, suggested <br /> that the "No Parking" law on Marine World <br /> Parkway should be aggressively enforced and <br /> recommended illegally parked cars be towed <br /> away. Mr. Bull was advised that the City <br /> is aware of the problem, and the Police <br /> Department has been patrolling the street <br /> and issuing citations to the extent possible <br /> in view of their other duties. <br /> Mr. Bull objected to the closing of the <br /> beach near the Mobil Pavillion for a <br /> private party during the weekend.
