Kelly, 181 Second Street, San Mateo, <br /> attorney for Browning-Ferris Industries, stated <br /> he has confidence in the Director of Finance <br /> and has no basic objection to his recommenda- <br /> tions. <br /> M/S: Leipzig/Stangel to continue consideration <br /> of the reports of the City Manager and the <br /> Director of Finance regarding refuse collection <br /> rates until Monday, August 18, 1980. <br /> Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 80-122 <br /> 4.
