City Attorney Schricker <br /> confirmed that there are Downtown Association <br /> funds which may be used for that purpose, if <br /> the Chamber is not successful. <br /> 4. Approval of plans, specifications and call Report of City Manager 8/21/80 <br /> for bids - Street Resurfacing Project <br /> 1980-81 In response to questions regarding the criteria <br /> used to establish priorities for street resur- <br /> facing, Director of Public Works Addiego ad- <br /> vised that a detailed analysis is being <br /> prepared using a technical basis determined by <br /> the judgment of staff professionals which will <br /> be used to establish priorities. Mr. Addiego <br /> said that the information will be provided to <br /> Council.
