Mayor Rhodes reported the receipt of a letter from former Prime Minister <br /> Joe Clark of Canada thanking the City for the letter commending his <br /> government for assisting the six Americans to leave Iran. <br /> 2. City Manager Fales reported that although it is against City policy to <br /> distribute anonymous letters, the letter from residents of Hudson Street <br /> about noise and other disturbances during teenage parties at the YMCA <br /> is being investigated. <br /> 3. Councilman Chandler commented concerning the unsightly appearance of the <br /> bus stop/train station. Councilman Norris reported that SamTrans had <br /> contracted with a firm to keep the bus stop clean and said he will check <br /> on the matter. <br /> 4.
