That Robert H. Bury, Brenton C. Britschgi, Mario Biagi, <br /> rw" and William J. Stangel received the highest number of votes given <br /> Altai for said office of Councilman for the full four (4) year term, and <br /> Robert H. Bury, Brenton C. Britschgi, Mario Biagi, and William J. <br /> Stangel were thereby elected Councilmen for the full term of four <br /> (4) years; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and <br /> deliver to said Robert H. Bury, Brenton C. Britschgi, Mario Biagi, <br /> and William J. Stangel a Certificate of Election and to administer <br /> to each of said persons the Oath of Office prescribed in the <br /> Constitution of the State of California. <br /> 9.
