Appeal from denial of Zoning Administrator Appeal letter 1/4/80 <br /> for Use Permit for a restaurant-bar with Zoning Administrator transmittal letter 1/7/80 <br /> inadequate off-street parking and in- <br /> adequate exits and inappropriate location, Mayor Rhodes declared open at 7:33 p.m. <br /> 2726 Broadway - Edgar J. Brincat, 831 <br /> Hillcrest Boulevard, Millbrae, appellant City Clerk advised that no legal advertising of <br /> the hearing is required. <br /> Edgar Brincat, appellant, stated that he has <br /> rime not had sufficient opportunity to prepare the <br /> • <br /> photographs and other data he wishes to present <br /> to Council in defense of his appeal and re- <br /> boo <br /> quested a continuance for two weeks. <br /> M/S: Norris/Stangel to continue the hearing <br /> open until February 4, 1980, <br /> Discussion followed concerning the type of <br /> additional material which might be presented; <br /> whether Council already has the facts in the <br /> matter; the fact that the material provided to <br /> support the appeal must be based on the <br /> appropriate grounds for appeal; and whether <br /> there is any reason to continue the hearing. <br /> The motion carried on the following roll call <br /> vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmen Chandler, Norris, Stangel <br /> Noes: Councilman Bury and Mayor Rhodes <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO. 80-9) <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 1/21/80 <br /> r <br />
