218 <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. Mayor Biagi referred to a letter to him from Kenneth G. Hill, superintendent of Redwood City <br /> School District which was copied and distributed to Council (non-Agenda item) requesting a <br /> joint meeting of the City Council and Board of Education for the purpose of discussing <br /> common interests. Mayor Biagi advised he has referred the letter to the City/School Liaison <br /> Committee for consideration. <br /> 2. Mayor Biagi determined that it is the consensus of Council to respond to an earlier communi- <br /> cation from the Planning Commission requesting a joint meeting for the purpose of considering <br /> matters related to sewer capacity, suggesting an evening meeting on Monday, June 30, 1980 in <br /> a location other than the Board of Supervisors Chambers. Planning Director Schroeter was <br /> asked to determine if the Planning Commission would be available for such a meeting on <br /> that date. (Memo 5/6/80) `WO <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> M/S: Bury/Leipzig to adjourn to 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 12, 1980 in the Community Activities <br /> Building for the purpose of conducting group interview sessions for applicants for appointment <br /> to certain City boards and commissions.
