Insurance Requirements <br /> A minimum of 50% of each of the aggregate limits must remain available at all times unless <br /> coverage is project specific. <br /> 2. General liability coverage shall include: <br /> a. Premises and Operations <br /> b. **Products/Completed Operations with limits of four million dollars ($4,000,000) per <br /> aggregate to be maintained for three (3) years following acceptance of the work by <br /> the Buyer. <br /> c. Contractual Liability expressly including tort liability assumed under this Agreement. <br /> If the Seller is working within fifty (50) feet of a railroad or light rail operation, any <br /> exclusion as to performance of operations within the vicinity of any railroad bridge, <br /> trestle, track, roadbed, tunnel, underpass or crossway shall be deleted, or a railroad <br /> protective policy provided. <br /> d. Personal Injury liability <br /> e. Independent Contractor's Protective liability <br /> f. Severability of interest <br /> g. Explosion, Collapse, and Underground Hazards (X, C and U) <br /> h. Broad Form Property Damage liability <br /> 3. General liability coverage shall not be endorsed to exclude the following: <br /> a. Contractual Liability Endorsement: <br /> Insurance afforded by this policy shall apply to tort liability assumed by the insured <br /> under written contract with the Buyer. <br /> b. X C& U (Explosion, Collapse and Underground) Endorsement: <br /> Insurance afforded by this policy shall provide X, C and U Hazards coverage. <br /> 4. Automobile Liability Insurance <br /> For bodily injury (including death) and property damage which provides total limits of not less <br /> than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit per occurrence applicable to all <br /> owned, non-owned and hired vehicles. <br /> 5. Workers'Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance <br /> a. Statutory California Workers'Compensation coverage including broad form all states <br /> cove rage. <br /> b.
