Schedule 1: Grant of Access Rights <br /> Location of Site: Red Morton <br /> Community Center, 1120 <br /> Roosevelt Avenue,Redwood <br /> City, CA 94061 <br /> Agency: City of Redwood City <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> This Right of Entry for Construction and Maintenance Agreement(this"License") is made <br /> and entered into this day of , 2015 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City as licensor("Buyer"), and CEI Solar One, LLC as licensee ("Seller").
