7.1.D. - Page 8 <br /> Council Member Pierce attended the ABAG (Association of Bay Area Government) <br /> Regional Symposium meeting and she provided details on this event and the C/CAG <br /> (City/County Association of Governments) Environmental Meeting as well as a <br /> Chamber meeting where the County did a presentation on its Master Plan. Council <br /> Member Pierce also noted that the Naming Policy met and Chris Beth is pulling this <br /> together. <br /> Council Member Aguirre said that the Oversight Board met and this body is winding <br /> down and this was one of two Oversight Board meetings that will be held this year. <br /> Vice Mayor Foust provided a brief report on the Economic Downtown Development <br /> meeting that took place before the meeting tonight. <br /> Mayor Gee reported on Maxwell Robbins, a resident who recently turned 107th, and he <br /> also invited everyone to attend the Lunar New Year event this coming Saturday. He will <br /> also be at Henry Ford School and he attended a Police Department swearing in where <br /> Chief Gamez welcomed four new Officers. <br /> B. City Council Committee Reports <br /> C. ADJOURN — The City Council adjourned in memory of Ralph Nobles a long time <br /> resident of Redwood City who passed away on Friday. Council Member Bain said some <br /> very nice words about his life and accomplishments.
