Buyer is not <br /> be liable for and shall be held harmless and indemnified by Seller for any claims or <br /> damages arising out of any other contract to which Seller is a party,tort,action or inaction, <br /> negligent error in judgment, act of negligence, intentional tort, negligent mistakes or <br /> other acts taken or not taken by the Seller, its employees, agents, servants, invitees, <br /> guests or anyone acting in concert with or on behalf of the Seller.
