VI. COMPENSATION <br /> LIBRE will pay the CITY $18,000 for the services set forth above under City Obligations. <br /> Payment of $18,000 shal) be made upon receipt of this MOU by the Legal Aid Society of San <br /> Mateo County on behalf of LIBRE fully executed by the CITY and the Executive Director of Legal <br /> Aid Society of San Mateo County on behalf of LIBRE. <br /> VII. TERMINATION <br /> This MOU and any amendments thereof shall remain in effect until superseded by a later MOU <br /> or terminated by either party by a written notice thirty (30) days prior to the effective <br /> termination date. If this agreement is terminated before the activities described in this MOU <br /> are complete, the CITY must continue to spend any money it received from LASSMC under this <br /> MOU on fulfilling the goals described in Section III or return any unused funds.
