The plural shall include the singular , and the <br /> singular the plural . One gender shall include all gender . <br /> ( e ) This instrument , along with the attached Exhibits , <br /> constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties <br /> relative to this subject matter . This Agreement may be <br /> OD <br /> altered , amended or revoked only by an instrument in writing C <br /> CD <br /> signed by the Parties . No representations whatsoever have A <br /> been made relative to this subject matter except as may be Cp <br /> expressly stated in writing in this Agreement . <br /> ( f ) The waiver by any Party of any breach of any term <br /> contained in this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a <br /> waiver of such term or any subsequent breach of the same or <br /> any other term .
