Centrum Owners and (ii) the term "Agreement" shall mean the Original Development <br /> Agreement, as amended and modified by the First Amendment and this Second Amendment. <br /> 2. AMENDED RECITALS. <br /> 2. 1 . Recitals A and B of the Existing Development Agreement are hereby, <br /> respectively, amended to read as follows: <br /> "A.
