WS will monitor and remove when necessary, predators that are affecting endangered or threatened species using techniques and tools described in the City's Predator Management Plan for the Redwood Shores Peninsula. 7. WS will make recommendations to the City that might reduce predation and enhance threatened and endangered species on City properties and adjoining properties. 8. The performance of wildlife damage management actions by APHIS-WS under this agreement is contingent upon a determination by APHIS-WS that such actions are in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and any other applicable environmental statues. APHIS-WS will not make a final decision to conduct requested wildlife damage management actions until it has made the determination of such compliance. FINANCIAL PLAN 4/1/15-3/31/16 Salary& Benefits $ 32,000.00 Supplies: $ 1,500.00 Equipment: $ 500.00 Vehicle Charges: $ 5,749.00 Subtotal Direct Costs: $ 39,749.00 Pooled Job Costs: $ 4,372.00 Indirect Costs: $ 6,419.00 TOTAL FOR PROJECT $50, 541.00 WS will attempt to stay within the itemized detail of the Budget Plan,but will retain the ability to shift funds from one budget item to another, as a result of changing daily needs and to make the project funding last as long as possible during each year.USDA-WS will not exceed the annual spending limit established for this project.
