� COPY <br /> and unencumbered monies remaining in the Port funds at the ciose of Fiscai <br /> Year July 1, 2014 — June 30, 2015, are hereby allocated and appropriated <br /> according to the allocations set forth in the Ordinance, as adjusted by the <br /> following re-appropriation. <br /> SECTION 2. PAYMENT OF INTEREST. For the purpose of this <br /> Resolution and Section 8 of the Ordinance, the Yacht Harbor Dredging and <br /> Rehabilitation Project refers to that certain agreement by and between the State <br /> of California Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its <br /> Board of Port Commissioners, dated January 20, 1992. The sum of Eleven <br /> Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Four pollars and Twenty One Cents ($11,634.21) <br /> is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for payment of interest pursuant <br /> to the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project during the Fiscal Year <br /> July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose <br /> is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 3. PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL.
