� � <br /> (e) Grantor reserves the right to adjust the limit coverage <br /> requirements no more often than every three (3) years. Any such adjustment by <br /> the Grantor will be no greater than the increase in the San Francisco <br /> Metropolitan Area Consumer Price Index (all consumers) for such three (3) year <br /> period. <br /> (fl Grantee shall submit to Grantor documentation of the <br /> required insurance including a certificate of insurance signed by the insurance <br /> agent and companies named, as well as all properly executed endorsements. <br /> (g) Grantee hereby indemnifies Grantor for any damage <br /> resulting from failure of either Grantee or any subcontractor to obtain and <br /> maintain such insurance. <br /> 3.6 Indemnification <br /> (a) Grantee shall indemnify, hold harmless, release and defend <br /> Grantor, its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all actions, <br /> claims, demands, damages, disability, losses, expenses including attorney's fees <br /> and other defense costs or liabilities of any nature that may be asserted by any <br /> person or entity, including Grantee, from any cause whatsoever arising from the <br /> activities of Grantee, its subcontractors, employees and agents hereunder. <br /> Grantee shall be solely responsible and hold Grantor harmless from all matters <br /> relative to payment of Grantee's employees including compliance with Social <br /> Security, withholding, etc. <br /> (b) This indemnification obligation is not limited in any way by a <br /> limitation on the amount or type of damages or compensation payable by or for <br /> Grantee under Workers' Compensation, disability or other employee benefit acts, <br /> 15 <br /> sh/RWC/Council <br /> AGMT-382 <br /> FXS/fs <br /> 08/02/00 <br />
