_ _ _ .Y.. <br /> � � <br /> � <br /> (1) Declare the Franchise revoked and any security fund <br /> and bonds forFeited; or <br /> (2) If the material breach is curable by the Grantee, direct <br /> the Grantee to take appropriate remedial action within the time and manner and <br /> under the terms and conditions reasonably specified by the Grantor. <br /> The termination and forfeiture of the Grantee's Franchise shall in no way <br /> affect any right of Grantor to pursue any remedy under the Franchise or any <br /> provision of law. <br /> 3.10 Appeal of Finding of Revocation <br /> The Grantee may appeal a finding of revocation made pursuant to Section <br /> 3.9 to an appropriate court of jurisdiction. Any such appeal must be taken by the <br /> Grantee within ninety (90) days of the issuance of the Grantor's decision to <br /> revoke the Franchise. <br /> 3.11 Extended Operation and Continuity of Services. <br /> Upon expiration or revocation of the Franchise, the Grantor shall have the <br /> discretion to permit Grantee to continue to operate the Cable System for an <br /> extended period of time. Grantee shall continue to operate the System under <br /> the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to provide the regular Subscriber <br /> service and any and all of the services that may be provided at that time. It shall <br /> be the right of all Subscribers to continue to receive all available services <br /> provided that financial and other obligations to Grantee are honored.
