_ ....�........,.._, <br /> � '�r.r/ <br /> this Agreement Grantee shall, as a minimum, continue to provide the broad <br /> categories of programming detailed in the initial list of program services offered. <br /> (b) To the extent possible, Grantee shall limit the number of <br /> planned Channel line-up changes, including the changing of Channels on which <br /> existing services are offered. <br /> 6.2 Leased Channel Service <br /> Grantee shall offer leased channel service on reasonable terms and <br /> conditions and in accordance with applicable law. <br /> SECTION 7 SUPPORT FOR LOCAL CABLE ACCESS <br /> 7.1 Grantee Support for PEG Access <br /> Grantee shall provide the following or equivalent support for Public, <br /> Educational and Governmental ("PEG") Access within the Franchise Area: <br /> (a) The Grantee shall contribute to a grant fund to be used for <br /> support of PEG Access programming. The amount of this contribution shall be <br /> determined on a per-Subscriber basis as the Cable System is built out. <br /> Grantee's per-Subscriber obligation shall be shall be at the same rate as the <br /> incumbent Cable System operator's PEG Access fund obligation, after the <br /> incumbent Cable System operator's Franchise is renewed. <br /> If Grantee should acquire any Cable System Subscribers prior to <br /> the date upon which a Franchise renewal agreement with the City's incumbent <br /> Cable System operator becomes effective, then the Grantee shall pay to the <br /> Grantor a PEG Access grant of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per subscriber per <br /> month, for the period commencing upon the date of receipt of revenue from the <br /> Subscriber(s) and continuing until the effective date of the incumbent Cable <br /> System operator's Franchise renewal agreement.
